Rebecca has been around the health and fitness industry for over 17 years. Rebecca was mentored by Hugh Fraser who taught her the gift of touch in identification and treatment of injuries. As a sportsperson herself, Rebecca has sustained soft tissue injuries requiring treatment. Through sufficient injury management including treatment from a recommended 'Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner/ soft tissue therapy, Rebecca was able to return to sport training sooner and prevent further short and long term musculoskeletal issues. This sparked an interest and lead to study in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Australian college of natural medicine 2004.
