Remedial Massage Therapy utilizes many techniques including massage to address a wide range of soft tissue conditions. The aim is to reduce tension by releasing pressure of muscles in spasm, and address tendon and ligament complaints.

Remedial Therapy is designed for patients who have injured their muscles, ligaments, tendons, Fascia and other soft tissue.

Injuries that respond well to this therapy are repetitive use syndrome for example: headaches and neck tension, whiplash, lower back pain, tendonitis and frozen shoulder.

  • A detailed medical history taking
  • Orthopaedic assessment and testing the Range of motion to determine the source of the problem/ condition. 
  • Treatment and later a re-assessment.
